Anomphalus vanescens
Taxonomy
Anomphalus vanescens was named by Yochelson (1956). Its type specimen is USNM 119177, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USNM712b, Orogrande, which is in an Artinskian shallow subtidal limestone in the Hueco Formation of New Mexico.
