Cimomia negritensis

Eutrephoceras negritensis was named by Olsson (1928) [DISTRIBUTION: Eocene; Peru.]. Its type specimen is PRI 3710, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Negritos [Pale Greda Fm] - Nautiloidea, which is in a Lutetian coastal siliciclastic in the Pale Greda Formation of Peru.
It was corrected as Eutrephoceras negritense by Maury (1930); it was recombined as Cimomia negritensis by Miller (1947).
