Spiriferella levis
Taxonomy
Spiriferella levis was named by Cooper and Grant (1976). Its type specimen is USNM 152954k, a shell (Articulated shell), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is USNM706b, Hess Canyon, Glass Mtns., which is in a Wordian offshore shelf packstone/wackestone in the Word Formation of Texas.
