Welteria hawasinensis
Taxonomy
Welteria hawasinensis was named by Weidlich and Senowbari-Daryan (1996) [Senckenberg Institute, Frankfurt]. Its type specimen is ZT 24b and is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Ba'id ZT, Jabal Rahbah, which is in a Roadian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Al Jil Formation of Oman.
