Tavayzopora septata
Taxonomy
Tavayzopora septata was named by Kiseleva (1969) [Geological Museum of the Geologic Board of the Maritime Territory (Primorye)]. Its type specimen is PGU 187/3 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tavayza Bay, Artemov Region, which is in a Capitanian marine horizon in the Chandalaz Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Tavayzopora.
