Taxonomy
Tribrachyocrinus brogerensis was named by Willink (1979) [Australian Museum, Sydney]. Its type specimen is AMF 57680a, a calyx, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Selby's Rock, Broger's Creek, Kangaroo Valley, which is in a Wordian marine siliciclastic in the Berry Formation of Australia.
