Piscogavialis jugaliperforatus
Taxonomy
Piscogavialis jugaliperforatus was named by Kraus (1998). Its type specimen is SMNK 1282 PAL, a partial skeleton, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Sud Sacaco, Montemar, which is in a Messinian paralic siltstone in the Pisco Formation of Peru.
