Myloceras ammonoides

Taxonomy
Crioceras ammonoides was named by Etheridge (1909). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Port Douglas [Tambo Series], which is in an Albian carbonate limestone in Australia. It is the type species of Myloceras.

It was recombined as Myloceras ammonoides by Whitehouse (1926), McNamara (1978), Henderson (1990), Klein et al. (2007).
