Taxonomy
Anostylostroma vacuolatum was named by Galloway (1960). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Fort Good Hope, Post-Stringocephalus zone, which is in a Frasnian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Ramparts Formation of Canada.
