Sulciplica tasmaniensis

Taxonomy
Spirifer tasmaniensis was named by Morris (1845). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Eastern Marshes, Van Diemen's Land (Strzelecki coll), which is in an Artinskian marine siliciclastic in Australia.

It was recombined as Spirifera tasmaniensis by Etheridge (1902), Laseron (1910); it was recombined as Sulciplica tasmaniensis by Waterhouse (1968), Clarke (1979), Waterhouse (2004).
