Coelurosauravus elivensis
Taxonomy
Coelurosauravus elivensis was named by Piveteau (1926). Its type specimen is MNHN (IP) 1908-11-21a, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mt. Eliva (Sakamena Fm.), which is in a Lopingian terrestrial horizon in the Lower Sakamena Formation of Madagascar. It is the type species of Coelurosauravus.
