Archosaurus rossicus
Taxonomy
Archosaurus rossicus was named by Tatarinov (1960). Its type specimen is PIN 1100/55, a maxilla (incomplete left premaxillary), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Vyazniki Localities, PIN 1100, which is in a Vyatkian floodplain sandstone/claystone in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Archosaurus.
