Taxonomy
Xenodrepanites was named by Diener (1916) [Sepkoski's age data: Tr Nori Sepkoski's reference number: 302]. It is not extant. Its type is Drepanites schucherti.

It was assigned to Arpaditidae by Spath (1951); to Cyrtopleuritidae by Tozer (1981); and to Ceratitida by Sepkoski (2002).
