Sverdrupites amundseni
Taxonomy
Sverdrupites amundseni was named by Nassichuk (1970). Its type specimen is GSC 24224 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC C-1930, St. Arnaud Hils, Sabine Peninsula, Melville Island, which is in a Roadian coastal sandstone in the Assistance Formation of Canada.
