Taxonomy

Anagaudryceras mikobokense was named by Collignon (1956). It is a 3D body fossil.

Sister species lacking formal opinion data

A. limatum, Gaudryceras utaturense

Synonyms

Lytoceras (Gaudryceras) aureum was named by Anderson (1958). Its type specimen is CAS 29656.03, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CAS Loc. 29656 - Ortigalita Creek [Moreno Fm], which is in a Maastrichtian marine sandstone in the Moreno Formation of California.

It was synonymized subjectively with Anagaudryceras mikobokense by Matsumoto (1959), Matsumoto (1960), Shigeta and Maeda (2023).
