Microbaltoceras minore
Taxonomy
Microbaltoceras minore was named by Flower (1964). Its type specimen is RHF 240, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Threadgill Creek section (Threadgill Mbr.), which is in a Gasconadian shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Tanyard Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Microbaltoceras.
