Taxonomy
Selkirkoceras taepaekense was named by Kobayashi (1977). It is not extant. Its type locality is Kyesan-ch'on/Dongjeom-ni, which is in a Llanvirn/Llandeilo carbonate limestone/shale in the Duwibong Formation of South Korea.
