Apedolepis tomlinsonae

Taxonomy
Apedolepis tomlinsonae was named by Young (1997). Its type specimen is CPC 33630, a dermal scale, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Areyonga Creek, Gardiner Range [Stokes Siltstone], which is in a Darriwilian marine siltstone in the Stokes Siltstone Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Apedolepis.
