Lignanicystis barriosensis

Taxonomy
Lignanicystis barriosensis was named by Zamora and Smith (2008) [Housed at the Museo Paleontologico, Universidad de Zaragoza, Spain]. Its type specimen is MPZ 2007/776 and is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Los Barrios de Luna Capa 7, which is in a Cambrian shallow subtidal siltstone in the Oville Formation of Spain. It is the type species of Lignanicystis.
