Latiala lobata

Taxonomy
Anchura lobata was named by Wade (1926) [m. kosnik taxon no: 2341]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dave Weeks place, Coon Creek, which is in a Campanian coastal sandstone in the Ripley Formation of Tennessee. It is the type species of Latiala, Arrhoges (Latiala).

It was recombined as Arrhoges (Latiala) lobata by Sohl (1960); it was recombined as Latiala lobata by Saul (1998), Kiel and Bandel (2004).
