Taxonomy
Parajaubertella was named by Matsumoto (1942) [Sepkoski's age data: K Ceno]. Its type is Parajaubertella kawakitana.

It was assigned to Tetragonitidae by Jones (1967); to Tetragonitinae by Wright et al. (1996); to Ammonoidea by Sepkoski (2002); and to Gaudryceratinae by Hoffmann (2010), Shigeta et al. (2023).
