Maroccosuchus zennaroi
Taxonomy
Maroccosuchus zennaroi was named by Jonet and Wouters (1977). Its type specimen is IRSNB R408, a partial skeleton (Skull, mandible and partial postcranial skeleton), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sidi Daoui, which is in a Ypresian terrestrial phosphorite in Morocco. It is the type species of Maroccosuchus.
