Taxonomy
Psilotissotia was named by Hyatt (1900) [Sepkoski's age data: K Haut-u K Barr]. It is not extant. Its type is Pulchellia chalmasi.

It was assigned to Pulchelliidae by Wright et al. (1996); and to Ammonoidea by Sepkoski (2002).
