Hypuronector limnaios
Taxonomy
Hypuronector limnaios was named by Colbert and Olsen (2001). It is not extant. Its type specimen is AMNH 7759, a partial skeleton (Partially articulated skeleton lacking the skull). Its type locality is Granton Quarry, which is in a Norian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Lockatong Formation of New Jersey. It is the type species of Hypuronector.
