Galesphyrus capensis
Taxonomy
Galesphyrus capensis was named by Broom (1914). Its type specimen is SAM 2758, a partial skeleton (most of a skeleton except the skull), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Oorlog's Kloof, Calvinia, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial sandstone in South Africa. It is the type species of Galesphyrus.
