It was assigned to Neosuchia by Sereno and Larsson (2009); to Metasuchia by Andrade et al. (2011); to Notosuchia by Turner and Sertich (2010), Sertich and O'Connor (2014), Nicholl et al. (2021); and to Sebecia by Ruiz et al. (2024).
