Laganosuchus thaumastos
Taxonomy
Laganosuchus thaumastos was named by Sereno and Larsson (2009). Its type specimen is MNN IGU13, a mandible (nearly complete lower jaws), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Iguidi, which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial horizon in the Echkar Formation of Niger.
