Lomasuchus palpebrosus
Taxonomy
Lomasuchus palpebrosus was named by Gasparini et al. (1991). Its type specimen is MOZ 4084 PV, a skull (skull and fragment of the left mandibular ramus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Embalse Cerros Colorados, which is in a Turonian/Coniacian terrestrial sandstone in the Portezuelo Formation of Argentina.
