Plocezyga subquadrata
Taxonomy
Gamizyga (Plocezyga) subquadrata was named by Hoare and Sturgeon (1980). It is not extant. Its type locality is Pr-1. the abandoned quarry on the east side of U.S. 92, 1.1 km northeast of Dent, which is in a Virgilian shallow subtidal limestone/shale in the Glenshaw Formation of West Virginia.
It was recombined as Plocezyga subquadrata by Wagner (2023).
