Diagnosis
Reference | Diagnosis | |
---|---|---|
R. L. Nydam and B. M. Fitzpatrick 2009 | Differs from Palaeoscincosaurus middletoni in the following combination of features: greater hypertrophy of inferior alveolar canal results in larger, shelf-like lateral expansion along posterior portion of dentary; dentary and maxillary teeth with lateral apical striae on crowns more fully developed, ridges along anterior and posterior margins of crowns less well developed, and tooth shafts below crowns expanded medially. |
