Redondasuchus rineharti
Taxonomy
Redondasuchus rineharti was named by Spielmann et al. (2006). Its type specimen is NMMNH P-43312, an osteoderm (partial right dorsal paramedian plate), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is NMMNH locality 2671, which is in a Norian lacustrine - small conglomerate in the Redonda Formation of New Mexico.
