Collbatothuria danieli
Taxonomy
Collbatothuria danieli was named by Smith and Gallemi (1991). Its type specimen is Holotype MGB 32273, paratypes MGB 32274, 32377, 32383, BMNH E27544 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is La Pedrera d'en Rogent, Upper Muschelkalk, Collbato, which is in a Ladinian shallow subtidal lime mudstone/marl in Spain. It is the type species of Collbatothuria.
