Glyphostoma andersoni
Taxonomy
Glyphostoma andersoni was named by Oinomikado (1939). Its type specimen is Geo. Surv. Japan (unknown no.), a partial shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Loc. 05, Río Cucurrupi [Munguidó Fm], which is in a Pliocene marine mudstone in the Munguidó Formation of Colombia.
