Taxonomy
Pectenura formosa was named by Boczarowski (2001). Its type specimen is Holotype: GIUS 4-785 Gza./1109/1 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chęciny, Set F., which is in a Frasnian carbonate limestone in the Kowala Formation of Poland.
