Taxonomy
Terrakea pinegensis was named by Grigorjeva (1977). It is not extant. Its type locality is Nizhnii Kolodets Village, Pinega River, which is in a Roadian coastal siliciclastic in the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Pinegeria pinegensis by Waterhouse (2001).
