Wyomingites arnoldi

Taxonomy
Paralecanites arnoldi was named by Hyatt and Smith (1905). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Wood Canyon, Aspen Range, which is in a Smithian carbonate limestone in the Thaynes Formation of Idaho.

It was recombined as Lecanites (Paralecanites) arnoldi by Smith (1932); it was recombined as Wyomingites arnoldi by Spath (1934), Kummel and Steele (1962).
