Taxonomy
Hebeisenites evolutus was named by Brayard and Bucher (2008). Its type specimen is PIMUZ 25886 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jinya Section Jin10, which is in a Smithian slope lime mudstone/mudstone in China.
