Sarmatosuchus otschevi
Taxonomy
Sarmatosuchus otschevi was named by Sennikov (1994). Its type specimen is PIN 2865/68, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Berdyanka II (locality 32), PIN 2865, which is in an Anisian deltaic sandstone in the Donguz Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Sarmatosuchus.
