Strioterebrum guanabana

Taxonomy
Terebra (Strioterebrum) guanabana was named by Olsson (1942). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Rio Guanabanon, Burica Peninsula [Charco Azul Fm], which is in a Pliocene offshore shale in the Charco Azul Formation of Costa Rica.

It was recombined as Strioterebrum guanabanum by Olsson (1964); it was recombined as Strioterebrum guanabana by Hendy et al. (2008).
