Yochelcionella erecta
Taxonomy
Stenotheca rugosa erecta was named by Walcott (1891). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Manuel’s Brook, Conception Bay, which is in a Branchian carbonate limestone in the Brigus Formation of Canada.
It was recombined as Helcionella erecta by Resser (1938); it was recombined as Yochelcionella erecta by Hinz-Schallreuter (1997), Atkins and Peel (2008), Vendrasco et al. (2010).
