Isculites sphaericus

Taxonomy
Smithoceras sphaericum was named by Shevyrev (1968). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tkhach River, right tributary, Isculites beds, which is in a Bithynian marine carbonate in the Acheshbok Formation of the Russian Federation.

It was recombined as Isculites sphaericus by Shevyrev (1995).
