Chasmatosaurus yuani
Taxonomy
Chasmatosaurus yuani was named by Young (1936). Its type specimen is IVPP RV 36315, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Fuyuan, S. Santai, Talungkou, which is in an Induan terrestrial claystone in the Jiucaiyuan Formation of China.
