Taxonomy
Anaxenaspis dieneri was named by Tozer (1994). Its type specimen is GSC 28140 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC 47526, Bjarnason Island, which is in a Smithian marine siliciclastic in the Blind Fiord Formation of Canada.
