Scalenodon angustifrons
Taxonomy
Trirachodon angustifrons was named by Parrington (1946). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is B29, between Gingama and Tschikonge, which is in an Anisian terrestrial horizon in the Manda Beds Formation of Tanzania. It is the type species of Scalenodon.
It was recombined as Scalenodon angustifrons by Crompton (1955).
