Rudolftruempyiceras planorbis
Taxonomy
Boreoceras planorbis was named by Dagis and Ermakova (1988). Its type specimen is IGiG 766/21 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Nuuchcha-Yurege Creek, euomphala zone, Olenek arm, Lena River delta, which is in a Spathian marine siliciclastic in the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Rudolftruempyiceras planorbis by Guex and Bylund (2010).
