Neoaganides multiseptatus
Taxonomy
Imitoceras multiseptata was named by Chao (1940). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Liaochiachiao, Changlingpu, Tanchiashan, Xiangtan County, which is in a Kungurian marginal marine mudstone in China.
It was corrected as Imitoceras multiseptatum by Zhao (1954); it was recombined as Neoaganides multiseptatus by Xu (1977), Frest et al. (1981) and Leonova (2002).
