Pseudovidrioceras pygmaeum
Taxonomy
Stacheoceras pygmeum was named by Gemmellaro (1887). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Rocca di San Benedetto, calcare compatto, Sosio, which is in a Wordian carbonate limestone in Italy.
It was corrected as Stacheoceras pygmaeum by de Gregorio (1930); it was recombined as Pseudovidrioceras pygmaeum by Bogoslovskaya (1990), Leonova (2002).
