Taxonomy
Eoseptaliphoria intorta was named by Jin and Sun (1976). Its type specimen is NIGP 28753 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tulong JSB39, Nyalam County, which is in a Lacian marine horizon in the Yazhi Formation of China.
