Taxonomy
Spirelytha kislakovi was named by Klets (1987). Its type specimen is PGO k-1443/105, a valve (Ventral valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Muramiya River K-29, Ayano-Mayskiy region, which is in a Bashkirian marine horizon in the Tylakhskaya Formation of the Russian Federation.
