Carentonosaurus mineaui
Taxonomy
Carentonosaurus mineaui was named by Rage and Néraudeau (2004). Its type specimen is MNHN IMD 21, a set of vertebrae (Middle of posterior dorsal vertebra), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ile Madame, which is in a Cenomanian carbonate marl in the B3/C1 Formation of France. It is the type species of Carentonosaurus.
